This is one of the best vegan ice creams I’ve had, it’s coconut flavoured ice cream with caramel, cookie pieces and chocolate chunks. I wasn’t sure how well all that would go together, but it really works! The ice cream has a great soft texture and the coconut flavour is strong but not overpowering, and all the added bits just go really well with it! I found this in Tesco and got it for £3 because I have a clubcard, but it’s normally £4.50. Ben & Jerry’s is expensive, but this ice cream is really tasty and makes a great treat.
