Grilled sausage sandwich at The Daily Planet — Kyōshin's Review (Feb 22, 2022)

Creative use of ingredients, including beer mustard. Liked the taste and text of the Beyond Meat bratwurst. The sandwich itself has sauerkraut but not much else for greens, so complementing with salad is good for that. Salad was pretty fresh.
