Bun cha gio is my one of my main go-to’s when it comes to Vietnamese food so I’m psyched to have found this vegan version!! Mushrooms were smoky and flavorful, pairing so well with the bed of chilled vermicelli and fresh herbs. Oh and the vegan “fish” sauce slapped as well 🔥 #vietnamesevegan #sgtop50
