This consisted of tender, meaty 🐮-free asada made with seitan, refried pinto beans, papas fritas, house-made cashew crema, guacamole, and fresh pico de gallo wrapped up in a flour tortilla. The mix of meaty and creamy was delicious and satisfying. #saveveganrestaurants
