Sake Nigiri Sushi at Phạm Nghiêm Trai — phi's Review (Feb 19, 2022)

this pales in comparison to the salmon nigiri sushi, and this came first which lead to an initial disappointment with the restaurant which was quickly reversed by the second dish. it is made out to marinated cantaloupe and very much tasted so. did not fool as a salmon imitation at all.
