Review of No Crab Noodles at The Kind Bowl by serenqipity

Overall one of the best Vietnamese noodle soups I've had. The broth has a very strong umami taste which adds to its multidimensional flavor. Every bite is very nuanced and flavorful so you definitely won't get jelak eating this. It's tangy, salty and has a hint of spiciness at the same time — sadly, I live far away from both outlets, if not I would be a more regular customer 😢
