Avocado “Hard Boiled Egg Style” at Le Potager de Charlotte — Mallory's Review (Feb 17, 2022)

This is the second time I’ve tried this dish. The first time I was blown away and felt like I was actually eating a hard boiled egg which I’ve really missed the flavor of these past 9 or so years. This time it was kind of bland and I didn’t get the traditional hard boiled egg flavor at all.
