Review of Spicy Garnet vegan ramen at RAKKAN Ramen-Redondo Beach by bcdguru
Ramen is one of my favorite meals but it's hard to find a good ramen that serves vegan broth. Finally found this place Rakkan that came highly recommended...
And must say this ramen was legit on if the best I have had. All their ramen broth (even for the meat topped bowls) are plant based. The flavor was umami but truly unique. The noodles were thin and crispy.
I wish they open a branch in NY. This place is a must visit for all ramenheads
