Root Veggie Burger

These were surprisingly great. They tasted mostly like a sweet potato burger. They crisped up nicely in a frying pan with a tiny bit of oil. The patty looked dry but it wasn’t at all, it was nice and soft on the inside. Will be repurchasing!
