Review of Amla Powder - Farmer uncle’s by ken1hc

This Indian gooseberry (amla) is amazing product. I've searched and found it to be the highest antioxidant containing product, topped all the berries. I've used it in my smoothies (3grams), and sometime used it when I start to feel a fever or cold coming. The night before bed, I would take 5grams, filled with warm water, mix well, and drink with a straw. I used a straw to make it easier to drink and make it fast, why? Hihi because it doesn't taste good. It is bitter and sour, so just like medicine. But as its is so powerful, its worth that pain right. Right the next morning, no more fever symptoms. I used it often during this covid period for precautions and preventions. It also helps with sleep. I would also advise to take it if you plan to go outside prone to seeing lots of people, it helps boost immunity so why not. And the good thing is it's not so expensive, 100gram / $4.50. Good value.
