Review of Bounce Back Toner - Love From Yours by vivienong

Every now and then I really do like a basic toner that REALLY hydrates and preps the skin for other serums/creams. Perfect for the summer as its really lightweight but still does what it needs to. I don’t usually repeat skincare products because I’m not a loyal user in general but this is the end of my second bottle!
