Melts in your mouth and very chewy. I have to pull apart a piece and eat it in thirds since it’s too much (for me personally) to chew at once. Flavor is what I remember caramel tasting like but with a hint of coconut. Hard for me to find vegan caramel so these hit the spot. They are a little pricey so I savor them and make the bag last!
