Karubi Don at Aburi-EN — Jonathan Louis Ng's Review (Feb 8, 2022)

They used Next Meat, which reminds me of gluten, but managed to add a lot of flavour to it. It was a tiny bit too salty, but the pickles helped. A solid option, but could use more vegetables.
