Crispy Roman-Style Artichokes at Equinox Restaurant — Sara's Review (Feb 6, 2022)

Fried artichokes with caramelized garlic and red pepper aioli.
Interesting flavor profile. Some bites taste salty and slightly fishy/sour, which is nice. Breading is done well, not super easy to each though because the outside is relatively oily.
