So , it's not original and probably a bit on the expensive side but the taste is great and it's thick and tasty. Not marked as vegan, so I did have to check. Added to 1 1/2 cups of cooked red lentils and you have a great base for a lasagne. I use this sauce in @noracooksvegan lasagne rather than the marinara sauce she suggests. I will definitely buy again as I love a "clean" lasagne rather than using a fake (processed) meat.

The tocopherol may or may not be vegan. It refers to Vitamin E which can be derived from plant, animal, or petroleum sources.

@sunshineyum I can't seem to like your comment at the moment but I do and thank you so much for the info on this. Perhaps @woolworthssa can clarify for us (and if it isn't, adjust the ingredients? Here's hoping! 😊 🙏) I've been having trouble with the app lately. It won't upload photos saying saying they're slow motion, and then uploads it 3times!!
