Fūl is an Arabic fava bean stew with plently of cumin, lemon juice, olive oil and tahini😋 Naturally vegan and i lived off this stuff when i was in Egypt.
I highly recommend adding more of those ingredients despite it being a ready-to-eat can.
Unfortunately there isn't any liquid to drain out this can so it is saltier than I'd wish.
This isn't the usual Lebanese brand of fava (broad) beans i like to buy which has minimal ingredients/ just whole beans so you can drain excess liquid to reduce salt content.. but my local had various versions of this including the Egyptian one.
