These remind me of fish cakes! Great with mayo or a spicy sauce. Such a delicious crumb. A bit expensive, but I got these as a gift from my partner. Would buy again as a treat. I oven baked mine til crisp and it worked well, if you braai them please foil wrap them or they might disintegrate into the fire ahaha
