If you haven't tried this what are you doing with your life?? It's a must have item in your cupboard. It's ready to eat but I like to warm it up in a pan, mash the beans and add crunchy fresh vegetables at the end (carrots, tomatoes, cucumber,etc), drizzle with olive or sesame oil. Amazing and healthy!
