Plantains at Peña Pachamama — paniwilson's Review (Jan 30, 2022)

We both love and appreciate good plantains, and these were top notch! Some sweet and juicy bits, some crispy bits -- YUM!! 😋 we've had black beans & plantains lots of times and it is a great combo!! These plantains came with an organic black bean puree which we've never had before and thought was brilliant! Complemented the sweet plantains perfectly and balanced everything out, yet wasn't as heavy as a side of beans!
