Review of Miso roasted asparagus at Neon Pigeon by turtleisland

Yes it was delicious but no, I would not pay $30 for a bowl of vegetables again. The sauce was very nice and umami, but the asparagus pieces were kinda unevenly cooked. More lotus root topping would’ve sealed the deal for me too.
