Agedashi Tofu at My Lil' Cube — ploopy/sarah's Review (Jan 30, 2022)

YUM YUM YUM!!!! I MISS IT ALREADY. this is what my bf wants to write about it: the texture of the tofu was great, with this amazing thin layer of crunch over the creamy and smooth inside. the tofu itself didn’t have much flavor, but the sauce it is served in is such a good mix of salty sweetness that creates the perfect mood of spring time. ps, save the leftover sauce for the scallion pancakes!!!
