Benedict Breakfast Plate at Cleveland Vegan — Liz Maselli's Review (Jan 28, 2022)

Housemade fried chicken cutlet, with Tofu egg, kale, tomato, cashew hollandaise sauce, sprouts on a house made English muffin. This was super fun to try! This is the best thing about vegan friends...everyone shares their food!! The tofu egg was a bit weird, it was just a weird texture issue for me but the flavor was great. I especially loved the friend potatoes the dish is served with! #veganuary #veganin2022
