Health Connection Wholefoods

I throw in 2 teaspoons of chia seeds in my green juice every morning; being not much of a breakfast eater or early smoothie drinker, it seems to be one of the easiest ways to get some protein first thing. Also like sprinkling them over fruit or salads.
