✔️ Texture similar to a good old British Banger (fine ground meat texture)
🌱 Turns a beautiful brown colour when cooked
If cooking in the pan they do brown quickly so cook them on a slightly lower heat.
We cooked in oven.
Perfect in a bap or sandwich with flora spread or 🍅 ketchup sauce
