Terrible name for a terrific product.
My wife & children can be quite cynical when it comes to replacements for animal products, but this one went down surprisingly well.
As an alternative to dairy Gouda, of course it doesn't taste exactly like the original but it is quite a tasty little cheese. Well done Albert Heijn!
