Review of Good Green Vitality - Nuzest by vishika

Not really a fan of this flavour. It's not too bad if you have it with a lot of oats like I started doing, especially in combo with the protein powder they do, but I would definitely not recommend you have it with water. I can't say I felt much of a difference eating basically the same food + this for a week with almost daily exercise. But you're probably not supposed to unless you're deficient already...
