Review of Bakkwafina - Love Handle by summerong
Bakkwa is a Chinese salty-sweet jerky eaten mostly during Chinese New Year. This vegan version made from Impossible Pork tastes very similar to the real thing. I haven’t eaten bakkwa for years now, so eating this blows my mind. The texture is really good, but can be improved. Better with more charred sides. Taste is amazing. Sweet, savoury, and chewy.
