Review of Falafel Waffle Pita at Paisley Vegan Kitchen by alphiewan

I had gone to the location in Melbourne, on Saturday
The pita, which to me, seemed to be just a regular falafel that I’ve had just about anywhere. not quite sure where the waffle aspect came in to play.
The texture and taste were good, and the maple sriracha Brussels were great.
The food, in and of itself weren’t the letdown.
It more so was the server, which I understand, he was the only one in the floor. Which, to myself and my date, seemed a bit odd with it being a Saturday afternoon.
Once the pop started coming in, you could sense the urgency in the poor guy.
My date found it humorous that the server had time to talk right over us, walk passed us numerous times and not check up on us, and had us feeling as if we were in the way.
I’m sure my next experience here will be for takeout, because I just didn’t feel as if that sense of hospitality was there.
