Review of Double Boiled Cordyceps with Peach Gum at Elemen @Millenia Walk by pomwei

My favourite double boiled soup dish thus far because it’s really fragrant, herbal and flavourful! The peach gum added a unique contrasting texture to the other less chewier components of the soup.

Overall, I wish they provided more cordyceps, but it’s a really good bowl of soup that warms the soul on a rainy day :’)
