This was my first Brave Robot purchase and I had my doubts. Non animal derived but dairy?? What?? This is vegan, but it is whey (lactose free). They make the dairy in a lab so no animals involved. They just duplicate the chemical structure of dairy. I had huge huge doubts, especially as an 11 year vegan, but this is so good. Tastes like I remember dairy ice cream tasting, creamy and satisfying. I have had to eat small amounts only (normal for me with sweets though) since I haven't had any whey in almost 12 years. The flavors of this are incredible though. Raspberry jam swirl, truffle chips. So good. I just with there was more jam and that the chips were smaller. But other than that, super good!
