Review of Cellophane Lion Mane Black Pepper Teriyaki at Saute-San by skootykoots

Been obsessed abt this noodles recently. So tried this out.

Hmmmmmm, its a bit strong on the sweet soy sauce and not too much of the teriyaki or black pepper taste.
They're very generous on the lion mane mushrooms n the vege, but taste wise-i feel its way too strong n sweet in d soy sauce and doesn't live up to the dish name. Had to ask for birds eye chilli cos i felt it was just too sweet.
