Review of Curry Leaf Chicken Burger at Mockingbird by vishika

The texture of the seitan is better than most fried seitan offerings, the flavour is a little lacking. This burger would score higher if it only just had a little more flavour to it. More curry leaves, and the addition of sauteed onion and garlic would be a good start
