Clearly labelled vegan and gluten free which we love. Ordered this off redmart and went for this option as it was the only brand which came in a pack of 10, and the recipe I followed called for 10 corn tortillas 🙈 The taste was as nice as a tortilla could be I suppose, but I was making taquitos, and as soon as I tried to roll it up it broke apart. Burnt really easily in the oven too :/ maybe it’s just not the right one to use for taquitos and perhaps would work better for making something like quesadillas instead? 🤔
