The national Dutch cookie improved to be more sustainable with better ingredients and environmental friendly packaging materials. My first encounter with a stroopwafel by taste and it was a lovely treat. Soft yet still some what crispy waffles with a yummy caramel filling. 
Minor issues with some of the ingredients to be labeled vegan though.
