Review of Teriyaki Tofu, Snowpea & Carrot Salad at Hemingway's by moosewong

I like the variety in this salad, if I remember correctly the dressing was miso which was flavorful but not too heavy. This was a good dish to order alongside pizza to neutralize some of the heavier flavors.
