So I love potato salad (anything potato really). I always buy the Tesco one (Plant Chef) which I absolutely love, but I saw this in Sainsbury’s and thought why not? What’s so disappointing about this one is the potato is undercooked 😩😩😩 I actually liked the mayo so it’s such a shame, I’ll go back to my Tesco potato salad..
