I was very curious to try these sausages, but they didn't satisfied me. The taste was okay but nothing special. The biggest issue was to me their consistency: too stiff and compact, not juicy, too chewy and hard. I cooked them in a pan following the instructions, so I don't think it was me messing with them. I don't think I'll buy them again, unfortunately!
