I can’t vouch for this tasting just like regular chorizo as I have not had a ton of chorizo in my lifetime, but this is a really good plant based option. It is Chipotle’s second plant based option, and it’s awesome that they are adding more options. The chorizo has more of a kick to than the sofritas. If you haven’t tried it yet, you definitely should. #chipotle #plantbasedchorizo #veganuary
