Vegan Ramen at Udon — Mallory's Review (Jan 11, 2022)

Holy cannoli—literally the best ramen I’ve ever had! It was so creamy and flavorful and had a variety of toppings and ingredients. It had the best mushrooms ever. It had a vegan chicken like meat which I would have probably switched for tofu if given the option but other than that it was unbelievable! The restaurant was beautiful and the staff was helpful and kind.
