I got lucky with this - love a
smoked flavour and 50% off original price of R66 😁 Chopped half of it into cubes, popped it into the air fryer and voila! tofu croutons for my salad (added some hummus as well) - Delicious! Going to scramble the other half for dinner tomorrow - looking forward 😋
