This soy meat floss maki is a combi of crispy and sweet soy meat floss, chewy japanese rice, and "salmon", "crabmeat", and cucumber filling. The "salmon" and "crabmeat" tasted really similar to the real thing in terms of taste and texture. Overall, a tasty treat to share with friends!
