Pad Thai

Sopra la panca

We were visiting Trento and decided on a take-away dinner. 
We got the Pad Thai and the photo does not make the dish justice as it was really well composed. 
I personally did not like the taste of the smoked tofu, but my boyfriend ( a non vegan) liked it a lot!!
