Piccola delusione, considerata la felicità nel trovare sul menù una sezione dedicata al sushi vegan con un'offerta abbastanza varia. Sapori delle materie prime non pervenuti (magari usare verdure di stagione potrebbe essere una buona idea) e prezzo (€11) decisamente imbarazzante per gli ingredienti utilizzati..
Tutto gluten-free tranne gli uramaki
