Usually buy the Cheong Kim Chuan Tambun biscuits for my Malay work colleagues whenever I visit penang because the CKC ones are halal. Those contain eggs though.
These ones were also halal. Decided to try them out. Tasted practically the same as the CKC ones to me. Flakey, with the slightly savoury fried onion flavour on the inside.

PS: First review of 2022. Back under the same roof with my parents again, and haven't been posting as much compared to when I was living alone. Will try to again for 2022.
