Review of Gumbo & Garlic Bread at Can't Believe It's Not Meat Old Town by yourfriendjen

Overall the flavors of this dish were solid and it felt hearty. I was really interested in trying this because it has vegan shrimp in it, which I've never had. The vegan shrimp consistency was similar to real shrimp, but you could tell it was fake based on how it came apart when chewing. Also the shrimp didn't have much flavor, was just an addition to make it seem more gumbo-like.

This came with a full piece of garlic bread, only half a piece is pictured.
