Radici di fiori di loto e carote at Giapp-one — totoro's Review (Jan 3, 2022)

Giapp-one is one of my favorite restaurants in Perugia, for a couple of reasons: first of all the owners are some of the nicest people one could possibly meet, and second I love the traditional Japanese food they make.
I've spent a semester in Japan while I was in uni, and the food they serve here at Giapp-one is really the same (also because the owners are japanese 😅🎌)
This in the picture is lotus root + carrots.
It's something very traditional and also very tasty. Highly recommended 🥕🇯🇵🎌
