Had high hopes for this, but a total meh.
I baked the pumpkin separately so was crispy but would expect more spices. Sauce was just salty, but not flavorful. Rice was basic and almost gritty.
Doubt would buy again
Ngl the leftover tempeh and broccoli on the side was 50x nicer
