Tallarin Saltado at Resto-Bar LIMA — Stéphanie's Review (Jan 1, 2022)

This new restaurant just open mid december and one of the owner is vegan, so there is 3 vegan option for entry and 4 vegan option for meal! I take the Tallarin Saltado, it's linguini with sauteed tofu and veggies in a parsley and soy sauce. It was very tasty and the portion is generous! They also add two piece of yucca frita and I have an obsession with yucca frita 🤤 I'll order there in the futur, I want to try all the vegan option!!
