They were very tasty. Very meaty and crispy on the outside. I think even non vegans would love em., perhaps the nuggets were denser than other vegan nuggets we have tried. They have 8 grams of protein per serving though and quite delicious. They are packed with gluten though so I dont recommend if you are sensitive to gluten. They are soy free if you have a soy allergy . Lately we have tried to find soy nuggets or pea protein nuggets that are gluten-free or low gluten because my wife has a gluten sensitivity. I actually prefer soy nuggets!
