Another culinary adventure of mine. I don't like sweet potatoes but I do love rösti potatoes and since I found a vegan one, I couldn't miss the opportunity. This is a sweet potato rösti filled with chickpea sausage (I can guess it was Goshen's), corn and peas. The overall taste was too much on the sweet side for me, but it was well made and I would recommend for people who do like sweet potatoes. #veganisnotscary #matinhos
